Hybrid Commercial Litigation Attorney
Location: Austin texas
Our Client s seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join thier team in Austin, Texas.
Candidates must have strong legal writing skills and be proactive, with strong business and entrepreneurial sense and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships and must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
Candidates must also have the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.
Trial experience preferred, but not necessary
- Handle commercial litigation matters, including managing multiple files and competing deadlines.
- Exhibit strong legal writing skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain effective communication and business acumen to manage both internal and external client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams and demonstrate a strong commitment to client service.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation experience (substantial litigation and/or trial experience preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
- Proven experience managing litigation processes, deadlines, and client interactions.
- A team player with a focus on collaboration and client service.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $170,000 yearly, with an annual merit-based bonus opportunity.
